Brief Introduction
Guangdong Industrial Training Center (ITC) is one of the key projects of Guangdong province during the ninth Five-year plan period. It is also an important base of practical teaching, high quality professional talents training & appraisal, scientific research & development and production in our university. ITC begins to function in October, 2003. The building covers an area of about 20,000 square meters. According to subject construction, we have established 12 training sections which include 58 training rooms in all.
We introduce modern education ideas into professional skill training in ITC. With advanced training equipments & devices, ITC can create an actual or simulated industrial environment, which can help students to foster practical ability, innovative and cooperative spirit. After learning basic theories in the class and getting professional training in ITC, students can know more about modern enterprises, master advanced technologies in some fields, digest all kinds of theories they have learnt, and also cultivate themselves the basic occupational moral and the tough spirit.
